The Pastoral Council is a group of people called forth to carry outour Church's mission. We are a visionary group always looking to the mission of St. Gilbert and the mission of the wholeChurch. Attaining that vision takes a united community, a prayerful community, It is not our vision, but God's vision and plan that we are seeking through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Our commitment is to study the life and activity of our parish, that is, to research the needs, the ideas, the hopes of those we serve; to evaluate our parish in conformity with the gospels, and to recommend policies, procedures and programs.
